Altenburg's Pumpkins and Fall Family Fun on the Farm

We welcome you and your whole family to visit our farm for fall fun! Our pumpkin patch
is big and we have lots of pumpkins from mini to giant. On weekends, enjoy our cute
spook house, horse-drawn hayrides (starting 9/29), new straw fort made of big bales, free
tractor-driven hayrides including a drive thru maze, and free family fun area (Boot Hill
Cemetery, cornstalk tunnel, mini maze, & pumpkin catapult).

Badlands Pumpkin Patch (Badlands Sno-park)

With both daytime and evening events going on, make sure to come check out badlands pumpkin patch. You can pick your own pumpkins, gourds and squash while playing fun games. Also have fun on the hay ride to the pumpkin patch! Then evening brings out the spooks with a haunted corn maze and perilous pines, haunted house and ride on the spooky trail with tractor pulled hay wagon.

Homestead Animal Farm

Weekends starting September 29th - October 28th
From 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our corn maze this year is "Charlotte's Web." It is a 5 acre corn maze with
over 2 miles of trails. We offer "I SPY" Hayrides and we have many friendly
farm animals our guests can pet in the animal's pasture. Some of the
animals we have are miniature donkeys, goats, sheep, alpacas, pot bellied
pig, baby chicks, peacocks, geese, turkeys, chickens, ducks, and "Nellie"
our dog.

and jams. Large bales of hay to play on. We call them jumping bales.

Families can come out to the farm and pick from hundreds and hundreds of traditional carving pumpkins, specialty pumpkins (including white, light green, blue and multicolored), pie pumpkins, 10 varieties of squash, gourds, large Indian corn, miniature Indian corn, 6 varieties of popcorn (blue, black, red, white, yellow and baby rice), melons, cornstalks, fall crafts and straw bales.
